Interview
5 Individual interviews. Lengthy process about 2 months. Terrible communication from hiring team, asked them well in advance to provide me with an update of my candidacy because I had another offer I needed to get back to but they never did. Essentially after going through 5 rounds they ghosted me never to be heard from again. Overall bad experience from this process, terrible communication and empty promises from the hiring team. Would have appreciated some sort of notice especially after going five rounds over 2 months lots of prep and time put in, some feedback would have been nice (or any communication for that matter). Very unprofessional.
First-round phone call interview with two of the firm's associates. The next round would be with the VP, but I didn't get to the next round. The interview is with their IME team within the TMT group.
