Applied online. Recruiter emailed me a few weeks later to set up a phone interview for 15 minutes. It was just a recruiter so she didn't really ask specific questions or have a lot of background on the position. I was told I would heard back the following week about setting up a second interview but didn't hear anything for a few weeks until I received the automated "no thank you" email. Better than nothing like most places!
