I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Truist (Arlington, TX) in Jul 2024
Interview
Very Unprofessional. I went through interview rounds for 4 different positions and out of the 4 positions I was interviewed for, only 1 recruiter actually provided follow-up feedback after the final round interview (Only after I called the recruiter requesting feedback). The other three positions occurred for roles within the Arlington, TX call center and every recruiter for those roles ghosted me and my number was blocked after I called once for feedback when I was told either Friday or Monday I’d receive feedback and they didn’t follow through on those deadlines. It takes a-lot of effort to not only to prepare for the interview, but having to find a sitter and take my daughter to her sitter then travel to the interview only to be ghosted after. It shows how unprofessional they are and I wouldn’t want to work for a company with this sort of culture.

Interview
Great interview, nervous but the supervisor made me feel comfortable. There was a fever screener and security officer to help sign me in while I waited. I received a call the next day after every interview. The final interview was my 4th. Lavetta was very nice (corporate HR manager) should be starting January 2021. Hoping my work hours are t to late after training due to daycare hours most daycares close by 6. Haven’t heard anything yet about a orientation. I’m due for fingerprints this week. Not sure what comes next but will see. Overall the calls and emails have been consistent and I hope I will enjoy working for the company
