I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Truist in Oct 2024
Interview
The first round was not bad at all. The interviewer was so sweet and she asked typical behavioral questions. It was a little intimidating at first but that was only because I was a little nervous entering the interview. This was an online interview, by the way.

Question 1
Q: Tell me about a time you worked with a diverse group of people.
One 30 minute zoom interview and then a three hour long super day. Part of the super day was a case analysis, but pretty straightforward. There were also two interviews on the super day, nothing technical.

Interview
Great process! Typically a three round interview process, and all the interviewers are very kind and aim to make connections. First interview was a phone call, second a 30-minute Video call, and third round was a back to back 30-minute Video calls.
