The remote process included several 30-minute behavioral interviews with different team members whose job titles were frustratingly vague, followed by a panel session to gauge cultural fit. Coordination with the recruiter was poor—I never received a clear description of the exact role, nor any context about who I’d be speaking with or why. During one round, the person later revealed to be the director of sales engineering (listed under a different title) pointedly asked why I would even want this position, suggesting it didn’t align with my past projects, which further underscored the overall lack of clarity.

Interview process comprised of numerous 30-minute interviews (5-6). Most of the team was great, but there was a bad apple in leadership that definitely made me decline the offer. There was a lack of social and soft skills that was pretty surprising.
