I had a very odd experience. The interviewer was 10 minutes late which was the first red flag. She then hopped on the zoom call without enabling video, even though I was on video. The entire interview lasted about 5 minutes (excluding the 10 mins I was waiting). She mentioned she’d be moving me on to the next round, and I get an auto rejection email 2 days later. It’s kind of ironic that I was interviewing for a TA position, where we are trying to enhance the candidate experience. Really poor first impression of the company.
