An initial phone screen lasted about 15-20 mins and focused on technical interests and past projects - I had time to ask some questions about the company as well and what they're currently working on. A second coding screen lasted about an hour. The interview was well-structured and it had an informal feeling, which helped the conversation flow better. After that I was invited onsite, where I interviewed one on one with 4 engineers, and also had the chance to talk with the founders. Planning the trip and the phone calls was very smooth and easy and I didn't have to worry for any accommodations. In general, the environment within the company was very appealing and everybody was friendly and clearly enjoying what they are doing, so I got a nice vibe for the place. The only con I can point out is that my schedule during the interview day was kind of packed and if I hadn't arrived ten-fifteen minutes early probably I wouldn't have had much free time for lunch later (given that I was flying out that same day). But I guess such small things are to be expected when you're interviewing with small companies. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
