I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tully Rinckey PLLC in Sep 2018
Interview
A telephone interview with a recruiting associate from their New York office, who was only interested in if I will accept a salary lower than what my earning was in my current job. Although I did not really want to dive into the salary discussion at the preliminary phone screening, he insinuated that he would not consider or recommend me to his superior unless we have some kind of agreement on salary first. The interview was brief (16 minutes) and cold. Told me he will follow up after he has talked to his superiors but I never heard back from him again after I inquired over email 3 times.
