I had a short phone screening with a recruiter, and I wasn't asked if I had any questions, which was probably a sign that the interview didn't go well. The recruiter was nice.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tully Rinckey PLLC (New York, NY) in Oct 2017
Interview
First there was an interview on the phone, and then 2 interviews done through skype, either at the office or at home. Was told that both the interviews went well. Got an email on a Friday that they were going to reach out to my references. Then got an email the following Thursday that I didn't get the job. They never even reached out to my references, I asked.
Other than that, the process went really smooth. All three of the people I talked to were super sweet and made you feel comfortable. Didn't give those interview questions like "give an example of a time you had to make a hard choice" but instead went over your resume with you.

Interview
Phone interview with hiring manager then in person satellite interview. Call back within a few weeks. Offered position as legal assistant. Overall process was OK. No strong opinion on the process or firm overall.
