It is often the case that companies do a poor job communicating with potential job candidates. That was not the case at VMTurbo. The entire selection and interview process at VMTurbo was outstanding. It is clear that the HR department is passionate about their work and they do an excellent job promoting the company. Although I decided not to move forward with another job opportunity, VMTurbo would be a great company to work for.

A very casual process, it was fun and made you feel comfortable whether it was on the phone or on-sit. Started with a phone interview, then a second phone-interview, then an on-site with a presentation requirement. Come with as many intelligent, well thought-out questions as you can, and it would be even better if those questions were based specifically around the people you are interviewing with if that information is available prior to the interview
