      Customer Success Manager Interview

      Application

The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Turbonomic (Philadelphia, PA)

      Interview

This was just awful. This was for the Sev One CSM role. The recruiter was great and responsive. The hiring managers and team, were clearly disorganized. They did not know what they wanted out of this role and each asked me what I thought the role should entail. They only have a single CSM because the rest jumped ship it seems. The second person I interview with who was a senior leader did not know we had a meeting and got on asking what I was even applying for. Real professional there. Third leaders internet was broken and we had to reschedule. Oh, the best part is when you wouldn’t reply fast enough to scheduling the coordinator would blow you up to get you set up either same day or next. But when I asked for an update everyone was silent. They clearly just wanted to be bought by a bigger company as sevone was bought by turbo who is now under IBM. I would stay away next just apply with IBM.
