      BDR Interview

      Apr 16, 2015
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Boston, MA
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Turbonomic (Boston, MA) in Feb 2015

      Interview

Initial phone screening, and than a FTF interview at the VMTurbo office. Took a tour of the office, got a sense of the working environment and culture, and then went to the interview room. Meet with people from HR, and then sales managers. My interview was cut short because, simply, I had an off day and was doing a poor job.

      Application

The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Turbonomic

      Interview

Went through 11 interviews over the course of 2-3 months, very poor communication, I had to reach out to schedule my own follow up interview and no one knew who had interviewed me. Just got tossed around from one person to the next, and with so much change in leadership people were not notified of my previous interviews.
