After applying in early/mid December, Late December: Short interview with HR to see if I knew the basics of the job- they didn't know much about the department themselves, just wanted to do a quick 15 minute review Mid/late January: About 45 minute interview with the head of marketing, basically told me all the basics of the job and how it works. Asked me a couple of pretty basic interview questions. Early February: interviews with the two team leaders of the departments, both who informed me of the job and asked me a few more sort of in-depth questions and looked into my resume and portfolio. Thought it went well. Told me HR would get back to me sometime with news abt the position, but couldn't give me a good time estimate for a response since they're busy in every department Late Feb/Early March: decided to email the HR person and ask about the position. Never heard back. Took a long time for something that never bore fruit.
