Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are your strengths and weaknesses? Relevant Experience?
During the interview, I completed an exam paper and answered a series of questions. The exam paper tested my mathematical knowledge and problem-solving skills to ensure I could handle the level of work required for tutoring. After the paper, I responded to several questions about my teaching approach, how I would explain difficult concepts to students, and how I would support students who are struggling with confidence or motivation.

Question 1
How do you deal with a struggling or unmotivated student?
Online Zoom interview. Since this was my first job, I was nervous, but the person who interviewed me was amiable and welcoming. They asked leading-up questions to make me feel more comfortable throughout the process.
