Received a prompt e-mail response in 2 days, set up interview at a Tim Horton's location. Interview lasted about 2 hours. If you are apt candidate, the employer would often offer the job at the conclusion of the interview. Less than one hour was the real interview, the remainder was the employer selling the company to you - outlining rules, responsibilities, pay scale and (maybe) information regarding student.
