Interview
Very complex onboarding process that culminates with a video showing the data reporting requirements. The issue is tutors have to enter substantial amounts of data about student interactions into an online system. The interviewer was careful never to say the word "uncompensated" but they expect tutors to do this substantial data entry task without being paid for their time and using their own equipment.

The interviewer cancelled the interview at the last minute. As a matter of professional courtesy, cancellations should ideally be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
