Interview
After applying, you take subject tests in areas you want to tutor (there are so many options). After you pass at least 1 subject test, you can schedule an interview. You have to download the software they use to tutor and your interview will be using the software. The whole process seems very impersonal and corporate.

She asked 3 questions about tutoring along the lines of "Why do you want to tutor?" "How would you start with a student who learned about how to make a sandwich in school but doesn't remember anything and has to write a paper about it?" (I don't remember the other)
