- contacted by a recruiter for a hiring event at Dublin. - got a hacker rank test with 3 questions that need to be done within 90 min. - passed the test without a problem and invited for an onsite stage. - later passed opportunity as they proposed a better-located position, original was for a Dublin hiring event. - my application passed to another recruiter, scheduled my onsite with them, a week before my onsite I got an email stating the position I was interviewing is already filled so no onsite. - fast forward couple of months, the same recruiter another position for the same location, this time they set up an interview with the hiring manager before the onsite. - the recruiter said it will be casual chat and behavioral. It wasn't, I got coding questions during the session along with behavioral questions. - passed the hiring manager stage and again invited for an onsite, selected the date and time for the onsite and started preparing. - a week before onsite I again got an email stating sorry position filled no onsite. Very unorganized hiring process and unprofessional that they revoke my planned onsite two times. Stay away.
