I had a 30 min phone screen and that went very well. He told me immediately that I would be moving forward to meeting with the hiring manager. I had a 45 min interview with the hiring manager. That also went well. But then, radio silence. I had to chase them down for next steps. SEveral weeks later they told me they had someone else accept their offer.
