HR was disengaged, their baby was screaming in the background which had put me off. I feel the interviewed was rushed, disorganised and that was the reasoning as to why I did not get pass the the HR stage. Would be the first time in over 10 years that I did not speak with a manager. The company probably isn't the best fit for my experience.
