The process consists of 4 rounds. First is of coding with data structures followed by a design of Twilio equivalent in low level design. 3rd round is HLD and project assessment in previous work experience. Final is the Hiring Manager where the introduction and few behavioral question in the previous projects followed by a deep dive into the Twilio system. Overall process was smooth and interviewers were quite strong fundamentals on engineering.
