Several rounds of interviews where you were quizzed on company values. It was a fairly normal process in the office with an adequate amount of time for breaks. During this period you were given updates from the relevant HR representative. Following the interview there was a relatively brief period before the representative came back with the outcome.

5 rounds of interviews, asking basic behavioural questions. In the end got feedback that I don’t have enough technical skills, without the opportunity to prove any tech skills. 10 years of experience and I’ve never had a worse interview.

I found the interview process to be well managed, timely and thorough. The process was strategically sound and something I fully support. All interviewers brought something different to the process and were really able to delve into me as a person and as a manager. During the process I wanted more and more to be part of the team and family at Twitch thanks to the answers the Interviewers were able to give to my questions and the passion they showed for their company.
