Applied online, was contacted by a recruiter and had a quick interview, was told that the next steps were to complete a coding challenge that would place me with an engineering team at Twitch. I later skipped this part, as the manager of the Mobile team saw my resume and wanted to do a technical interview. After this technical interview, I did a "virtual onsite interview", which was three back-to-back technical interviews with different engineers on the Mobile team. Usually this is the last step, but they wanted to do one more technical interview with me before making a decision. My recruiter gave me feedback on what they were looking for in this extra interview (they wanted me to explain my thought process more clearly).

The online assessment was done through Codepad, it was terrible. The interface was buggy AF I legit could not see my console output. I had to blind debug my code.

Die Coding Challenge (rein online) war sehr hart. Diese bekommt man am Anfang. Und eine Zu- oder Absage gab's auch nicht. Nicht sehr empfehlenswert, wenn ihr auf einer einfachen Praktikumssuche seid!
