The interview was fine, not difficult at all, I was interviewed by a team lead who was nice in general. I was not asked any specific questions that would speak to my performance as an employee, so I have no idea what they base their decisions on. They WILL ask you if you are a gamer and I am assuming if you are not you do not seem like a good candidate.
I got an automated rejection email without any opportunity to ask what was wrong and how I could improve. Terrible experience
