Applied online, met with the recruiter, met with the hiring manager, then had the onsite technical interview. Decision was made a couple days after the onsite interview. Overall the process took just over two months, though the recruiter I was working with changed midway through the process. This combined with conflicts scheduling the onsite interview likely explains why the process took as long as it did.
