My interview experience went well, overall. I really liked the manager and felt like we had a solid connection. My main critique is the lengthy process and feedback/follow-up. There was a total of 4 interviews (3 of them being with the same person & 1 with the VP), a phone screen, and a take home assignment. All of this over a 6 week period. I had to follow-up a lot with the recruiter. End result: no offer after being told that I was a top contender and had nothing but positive feedback from the hiring manager and VP
