I had two interviews with Two Chairs, they all seemed to go pretty great. Then didn't hear back from them for a week so I sent a follow-up and they said the hiring manager had gone to and would be in touch. Two weeks later I received an automated email that they were not interested. In my experience, if you've met with a candidate twice, you should send a personalized message.
