There were 3 rounds of interviews. The first with the hiring manager, and the next two with others from the care coordinator team and a director. In between the final two interviews, there was a short written project to complete. Everyone was very nice and professional, and I genuinely enjoyed speaking with them. I ultimately did not get an offer, but was asked if I wanted to set up a time to hop on the phone for feedback. I was very impressed by this and eager for the opportunity, so I submit my availability with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, I never heard from them after that. I was very disappointed, as everyone had been so professional and communicative up until then. They could have forgotten (I try to give the benefit of the doubt), and ultimately had a very positive experience all around.
