The full process included 7-8 rounds of almost exclusively 1-on-1 interviews, including a take home case study. The entire process latest 8 weeks, so only apply unless you really want to work here. While the interviewers were nice, the questions felt incredibly repetitive, monotonous, and one-note. It felt like there were endless hoops to jump through and the executive I met with came off as arrogant and offered no value-add insight into the company. Also had to wait almost a full two weeks after my final interview to hear a final decision. It's clear the team I interviewed with has a "type" of person they were looking for and that they want perfection vs. potential. Would not recommend this interview experience to others unless they make significant changes to their process and consolidate the numerous and dragged out rounds of interviews.
