I received an invite for a phone screening call with the recruiter, which lasted 30 minutes. The recruiter was very kind and provided clear responses to my questions. They framed the role very thoroughly and by the end of our conversation I was well-informed of expectations of this role. Within a couple of days, I was invited for an interview with the hiring manager via Google Meet. The hiring manager was also a clear communicator, indicating the 30-60-90 day goals and some pain points that necessitated the opening of this net new position. Though I did not make it to the next round, I truly enjoyed my conversations and hope to apply to future roles at Two Chairs.
