I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Two Sigma (New York, NY) in Jun 2016
Interview
1 HR call, 1 online test, 1 phone screen and 1 on-site. For the on-site there were 3 rounds in the morning, and then lunch with 2 employees, which were explicitly said to be not part of the interview process. I did not make it to the afternoon rounds. The interview itself was conducted professionally, but the HR coordination is a mess. I had to interact with 4 different HR people in the process and it was no surprise that something went wrong. On the day of the on-site I was instructed to go to the wrong building in the morning. The interviewers were given a very out of date version of my resume, which created a lot confusions (BTW I sent them my latest resume early in the process). I got the impression that they interviewed a lot of people and either didn't have the resource or didn't bother to make process smoother for the candidates.

first interview was 60 minutes long with a leetcode hard question. second interview was 2 back to back 60 minute leetcode hard with emphasis on data structures. each interview had a 5 minute introduction and 10 minute at the end to ask questions
Standard medium difficulty hackerrank. The question involved decoded an encoded string. It was not something I had seen on LeetCode before and I think was unique to the company. The question was not that difficult but I ran out of time right before I could finish answering.
