I applied online and received an email 2 months later for a phone screen interview. The recruiter (based out of Plano) called me an hour before the scheduled interview to cancel and rescheduled for the next business day. On the day that the interview was scheduled, she didn't call nor respond to emails confirming. She then apologized that her calendar "didn't update" and rescheduled for later the same day. She was apologetic and the interview went well. I was told I'd hear back in the next week, and after 4 weeks (with follow-up weekly for updates) there was no response. The company seems great, but this particular recruiter is not a good representation of the company. I was very excited to continue in the process. This isn't a knock on the company, but rather to warn others. 2 other people I know personally had the same experience with her as well.
