Interview
The initial phone interview went well. Was told that they would like to move my application forward in the process and asked that I send availability. I did as asked and heard nothing. I also sent the traditional "Thank You."
I had read and heard that the hiring process could be slow...if they heard back at all.
I now agree...as it was about a week from application to phone interview and then silence.

One panel interview with two kf the team members. Very casual and friendly
One final interview with the department director
I was given an offer after that
