The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tyler Technologies in Aug 2010
Interview
Interview started with a programming test. Did well on that and got a phone call from the HR manager from that site. Talked for about half hour about myself. Then a few days later I got a call from a manager at that site and talked about the company and position some. Scheduled for me to come in for a technical Interview. Asked a lot about Object Oriented Programming. Before you interview be sure you know all about OOP especially java specific sort of things. Following that was another interview for 4.5 hours with other developers and HR manager in person. Through that got asked many many questions including the standard personality questions, logic, etc.

Easy process, took a few weeks from start to finish, simple(ish) coding challenge, technical interview with a few members of the team, and then a few weeks of waiting. Communication was good and everyone seemed great!

Only had a phone interview and it was average. I was not prepared to be asked any technical questions, so it was a little rough for me answering the questions.
