I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tyler Technologies in Mar 2023
Interview
The process took about a week. Had two rounds of interview. First, a phone call with the recruiter discussing your background and why you are looking for new job. The recruiter was so easy to work with. Within a day or two, you'll get a respond if you are moving forward or not. She's so responsive and knowledgeable about the company and will answer any questions you have to the best of her knowledge. Second with the hiring manager and two of the teams. The manager is really smart and cool. It feels like more of a conversation rather than interrogation. You'll be asked to do a technical assessment. Unfortunately failed this part so I did not move forward.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Tyler Technologies in Mar 2024
Interview
Phone screen was brief. Went over salary band, described team, asked basic questions like "tell me about yourself" and "why Tyler". No technical questions. Two subsequent interviews with hiring manager and director.
