I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Tyler Technologies in Feb 2025
Interview
I went through three rounds of interviews with this company, including preparing and delivering a presentation that received positive feedback. They hire in cohorts four times a year, which seems structured, but their communication is nonexistent. I was told I’d hear back one way or another by February—or at least in time for the next cohort start date—but I was completely ghosted. No follow-up, no rejection, nothing. It’s frustrating to invest time and effort into a process only to be left in the dark. If they’re not interested, a simple update would go a long way. Would not recommend applying unless you’re okay with being left hanging.

Interview
You'll experience a Round Robin style interview with 3-4 members of the leadership team. You will be asked various questions to determine if you are a good fit for the role.
I interviewed at Tyler Technologies (Maineville, OH)
Interview
Was hard, asked a lot of questions that didn't exactly match the job description. They definitely exaggerated and downplayed some stuff. HR person was friendly, but the process is supposedly like 3 interviews. Made me kinda depressed and hopeless cause I'm tryna leave a horrible job.

Interview
There is a three-step interview process, with the final one being a presentation. They make you feel like you have a shot at getting a job. However, I never heard back. I was "ghosted" despite having the qualifications. Looking at previous interview experiences posted by others, it looks like this is becoming the norm with this company.
