Applied online, a few weeks later did a phone interview followed by an in person interview one week later in Springdale. Received offer less than one week after in person interview. Very friendly, helpful and informative staff. Staff worked around my current schedule for the phone and in person interview which made the process very smooth and comfortable.

There were 3 people interview me as same time.(HR, VSM, and supervisor) they ask me, a lot question. Each person ask me questions, when I answer HR than VSM start question me and I answer VSM than supervisor question me right away. I was catch each question from each person right away.
