they interview you and show you around tje plant, all sections, ro help you see what you will be facing. They ask you to sign saying if u are still willing to work, then the do a drug screen. Then thw do a physical and your vitals. Then the set u up for a two day orientation.

Did walk through tour...accepted job offer,ask to come back and do a drug test and physical the next day, started orientation following week orientation was a 5 day process and it was a overall great experience
