Interview
There was not much of an interview other than asking my availability and signing paperwork. After that, a group of us waited to take our drug screening test and a quick physical by the nurse which consisted of about 30 questions.

Do you have any problems working with raw meat? Do you have any problems working in extreme cold or heat temps? Are you able to handle the smell of raw chicken, blood, or guts?

Interview
Laid back, casual, greeted with friendly face and positive atmosphere. Almost garenteed a job, pending on-site physical and drug test. HR was helpful during set up with employment, then switched to AskHr. Which caused HR to have set hours of operations and would lock the HR office during production operations. Plant was permanently closed.

Filled app online. Contacted by hr to come in for tour. Offered job after tour. Honestly there was no interview . or what I would even call an Interview. Sent straight to onsite medical for drug test/urine.

If you come into the employment office and fill out the online application through their computer in their lobby they will process it quicker and give you a call to set up an interview date and time usually within the next day or so. Once you come in and do the interview with thew hiring manager, make sure you are available to work any hours, any shift, any day. They'll hire you. They ask you to submit a drug test and you get your paperwork for orientation then you start your first day on the floor.
