Applied online about two weeks later scheduled a phone interview with the HR individual. Said I would hear back next week. I did not bother to follow up because the interview was so awful.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview lasted maybe 15 minutes. Being in the HR/TA field I can tell in the first 2 minutes of speaking to someone when they are genuinely passionate about their job. John could have not been more disengaged and it was such a turn off for a company that I was excited about. He paused the interview 2x, because he received an email and was too busy reading it. I almost thought it was an April Fool's joke. Extremely disappointing. Definitely not a company I would want to ever work for when the "Senior Recruiter" is obviously miserable at his job.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tyson Foods
Interview
Interview went really well and had a overall good experience. The HR staff was very nice and helpful. I was asked about my qualifications and past experience. I thought the interview process was very smooth, and they explained what one would need expect from their role.
Standard no complaints phone call review nothing further after this. Applied online and received an email with call afterwards. I wouldn’t change anything in the process or complain. That’s all I can say.
