Initially there was a phone screen. After the introduction and a few questions, the HR manager then scheduled me for an in person interview at the job site. Within a few days, my flight was booked and i was on my way to the interview on site. My eventual manager gave me a tour of the plant and the next day i had an interview with the HR and few others from upper management.
