Interview was easy
It was around 45-50 minutes.
They delayed the results as I'm having an another offer & I contacted the HR team to give the interview results as this is the last day to accept the existing offer & finally company HR called me and said you are placed for Tyson foods, and the condition was made to reject the existing offer.
Then I rejected the existing offer and then they haven't send any offer letter as he was saying there were no vacancy for your role.
Such a poor decesion taking capacity,
Mainly they are hiring blindly for intern role.
And the HR said if you perform very well in internship I'll not give any assurance that you get a full time offer it totally depends on the situation he said
So there is no job security
