Short and quick, mainly describing work duties. No hard questions, they just want to know if you're capable of what is asked. And also the start date. Very easy interview.
Quick, hands-on, and easy. On the job learning with clear process laid out, complete with pay for time spent onboarding. No bueracracy, single point of contact - seamless process all around.
Interview process was fine and not hard when they need people just show up with a pulse and half a brain and they’ll hire you. Don’t really even need that much experience.
I came over from another store and it was rather seamless. The manager at the time was nice and gave me a good idea of what the work would entail. Onboarding takes about 3 days.
