Interview
There was almost no interview for this job. It is entry level and you are canon fodder. If you can't keep up you will be let go at your 90 day review. The best thing you can do is keep a positive attitude and be friendly and helpful at all times.
Quick, hands-on, and easy. On the job learning with clear process laid out, complete with pay for time spent onboarding. No bueracracy, single point of contact - seamless process all around.
Interview process was fine and not hard when they need people just show up with a pulse and half a brain and they’ll hire you. Don’t really even need that much experience.
I came over from another store and it was rather seamless. The manager at the time was nice and gave me a good idea of what the work would entail. Onboarding takes about 3 days.
