I applied online. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at U-Haul (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2018

03/18 Got a call for an interview with HR and hiring manager, was advised will make a decision in 30-60 day's, yes that long. Never heard back. in Aug/2018 position opened again applied and received an email for an interview. Called HR and to confirm of the position and I was told I had the qualification but hiring manager did not find me fit for his team. Be careful what you ask for if you are going to work for U-Haul
