It was very easy. Basically just have to have a really good resume & background. You do have to past a drug test. Not a very intense background check. And they have you do a typing test.

Virtual interview over TEAMS normal question but a chance to express yourself and make a connection with the interviewer. Mine was at 6 am and lasted about an hour. I received an offer after we wrapped the interview

It was quick. Everything is done over the phone and through emails. As long as your computer meets the requirements they will give you a chance. Filled out application on a Monday mornimg. Called on Tuesday morning to see if it was viewed. Spoke to a recruiter and was hired right then. Started about 10 days later.
