Applied online and received a call to explain the job requirements and schedule an interview. Interviewed over the phone a few days later. The interviewer and the questions were very casual. More time was spent going over the required hours and my availability than actually having an interview. Was told during my interview that I would definitely find out if I was hired or not within a few days. I was told by the recruiter that I should expect a drug test by the end of the week and several weeks of training starting the following week. Over a week later I still haven't heard anything from U-Haul even after I followed up with email and a phone call. I cannot even get an answer confirming that the interviewer received my emails. I do not expect to hear anything further from the company.

Very casual and easy. Felt more like an easy conversation with a friend, they just wanted to get to know more about you. Did not feel like I was put on the spot at any time. Very easy going interview experience. Was offered a job on the spot.
