Interview
After you apply online someone from HR will call you and confirm your information and proceed to ask you if you would still like to work for U-Haul. After you say yes she will set up an interview and you will proceed to go to the office located near Downtown Phoenix. Parking is limited. Once you reach the HR office you will sign in and receive two sheets to take your typing test and geography test. Study up on geography if you have to. It will ask you abbreviations and where each state is generally located, and what cities belong in which states. Dress in business clothes as well. Once you finish your testing you will wait about 10 minutes for the interviewer to come out and greet you. He/She will then lead you back to their office and start the interview process. While you signed in you filled out a sheet agreeing to certain stipulations, such as a comittment to the schedule you provided to them for the next 3 months. He/She will then go over this sheet with you. She will ask you several questions such as: How did you hear about this job? why do you want to work for U-Haul? How do you handle an angry customer? You will know you got the job if she hands you a drug test sheet.
Interview process was very easy. The recruiter was very laid back. Didn't really ask many questions, Mainly talked about the position and pay. This interview was the easiest I ever had!

Interview
Quick and simple had a very nice lady interview me. Did it over Microsoft teams from the comfort of my home. Didn't take more than fifteen minutes maybe 20 minutes.

Interview
Pre-screening call to start, then they invite you to the initial interview. Initial interview is at the desk of an HR person. Very informal and easy. General questions and as long as you don't say something outlandish you should get the position as they are always looking to fill it seems. Second interview is with an HR person but with a group of people to go over your hours of availability. From there the HR person will make a cut or two from the group and then the rest of the group will move forward and be given a job offer that day. After that you begin training a week or so later. So three steps 1) pre-screen call 2) initial interview (drug test required within 1-2 days of that initial interview, fully paid for) 3) group meeting (job offer happens here).

Question 1
More than anything just make sure you're available 32 hours a week and Saturday's. Saturday's are extremely busy and they need as much staff as possible. If not, Sunday's are big too so if you can't be available on the weekends, don't even bother.
