I had a brief phone conversation, then an in-person interview at the location they were hiring for. The head of the district I was hiring into (called the President of the Marketing Company) was quite arrogant and didn't ask many questions. He mostly just pointed out some stuff, asked if I had any questions and then asked when I could start.
