The process took 1 week. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (New York, NY)
Interview
Applied online. Recruiter called and said the hiring manager wanted to meet me. At this point, I got another job offer. However this job really interested me, so I let the recruiter know I had a pending offer and would prefer getting USBank interview process done quicker. Despite that interviews got scheduled a week later. Finished the interviews with the hiring managers - both were very friendly and extremely helpful throughout. Super experience.
Post that, the recruiter emailed me saying my interviews went very well, and inquired as to what happened to my pending offer. I responded that I had accepted the offer since the due date for accepting that offer would have passed and I did not have any offer from US Bank. I then added that I would like to hear US Bank offer since I really liked the position and might change my mind provided the package matched the job offer I accepted. After that, the recruiter basically ghosted. No response to emails, and voicemails. I think it would have been basic courtesy to just respond with whatever decision, especially when I called and left two voicemails. Very disappointed especially after having such a positive experience with the hiring managers.
